As a Senior Manager AI Engineering, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions that create measurable business value. You will combine AI expertise with people leadership, project delivery, and client advisory to help organizations adopt and scale AI across their commercial functions. Working closely with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and technology partners, you will drive AI transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation. ## Your responsibilities - Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through enterprise deployment, ensuring successful delivery, client impact, and commercial outcomes. - Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. - Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise AI architectures, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, engineering standards, and enterprise best practices. - Guide teams in delivering modern AI solutions, including Agentic AI, LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms. - Translate business processes into AI-enabled operating models, prioritize high-value AI use cases, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. - Ensure engineering excellence across AI delivery by promoting best practices in software engineering, MLOps, Responsible AI, governance, observability, and operational excellence. - Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and enterprise AI adoption. - Drive capability development by mentoring team members, establishing engineering best practices, and fostering continuous learning across the AI Engineering team. - Support business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping AI proposals, and expanding existing client relationships. - You have 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI. - You have a university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - You combine AI expertise with commercial experience across pricing, sales, marketing and customer experience. - You have experience in leading technical projects and take on ownership of technical solutions. - You are strong in Python, including API development and integration patterns. - You have deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks. - You are comfortable with production practices, including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and operational support. - You have knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms. - Consulting background or understanding of professional services delivery models. - Experience with Azure ecosystem (AI Foundry, Container Apps, Functions). - You communicate clearly in English (C1+) and can align technical decisions with business constraints. ## What we offer - A stable employment contract (please note that we do not offer B2B contracts). - Private medical insurance in the highest package fully paid by the employer (VIP Allianz). - Multisport card fully financed by the employer. - Annual bonus (dependent on the evaluation). - Employee referral program. - Remote work subsidy of €500 to start, then monthly bonus for utilities. - International Travel Safety card. - Access to LinkedIn Learning and Headspace. - Employee Assistance Program (EAP). - Microsoft Workplace Discount Program. - Access to an online platform offering exclusive discounts and special offers from well-known brands. - Birthday book for the employee. - Internal Learning&Development Department with more than 5 000 different training courses. - Our office is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend to work and enjoy their company throughout the day! - Extended Business Travel Option - opportunity to extend your business trips and stay a little longer to explore some of Europe’s most exciting cities. ## Benefits - sharing the costs of sports activities - private medical care - sharing the costs of professional training & courses - remote work opportunities - flexible working time - integration events - mobile phone available for private use - computer available for private use - extra social benefits - sharing the costs of tickets to the movies, theater - holiday funds - employee referral program - Meeting with Recruiter - Technical Interview / Coding Challenge - Case Interview - AI Engineering / Data Science Interview - Partner Interview ## Please remember to submit your application in English. - Other applications will not be considered.
