Senior Lead Engineer (AI)

Your responsibilities, Lead the design and implementation of scalable, user-centric frontend solutions using React, Architect and build high-performance backend services with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks, Develop and integrate Python-based AI/LLM solutions, including orchestration flows, RAG pipelines and model interaction logic, Connect frontend, backend and AI capabilities into end-to-end product flows across APIs, data sources and cloud services, Translate business requirements and user journeys into robust technical solutions, Evolve AI capabilities, including prompt orchestration, retrieval flows, context handling and response quality, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable integration patterns, Drive technical problem-solving and maintain high engineering standards across quality, performance and production readiness What we offer, Well-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
