Senior AI/ML Software Engineer – Financial Technologies

Your responsibilities, Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code aligned with project standards., Lead the design of scalable, robust AI/ML solutions in line with the platform’s strategic vision., Own the engineering and deployment of significant AI flagship projects from concept to production., Mentor and guide fellow engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning., Establish and promote best practices in coding standards and AI ethics, ensuring transparency and fairness., Evaluate and prototype advanced AI technologies such as RAG techniques, LLM optimization, and agentic architectures., Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions., Develop and implement sophisticated retrieval and data analysis solutions using RAG and vector databases on complex financial data.
