Senior AI/ML Developer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML developer to join a project focused on designing, building, and deploying solutions based on Agentic AI and LLM. You will work in a team dedicated to creating architectures that enable AI agents to interact with enterprise systems, APIs, and tools. Your task will be to ensure that AI solutions are reliable and production-ready, applying best practices in LLM evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI deployment. Your tasks - Designing and developing solutions based on Agentic AI and LLM - Building agent workflows using LangGraph - Integrating AI agents with APIs, tools, and enterprise systems using MCP and A2A protocols - Implementing LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability solutions - Implementing AI security, content safety, and responsible AI mechanisms - Integrating solutions with AWS Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundry - Supporting production deployment, optimization, and technical documentation Requirements - Minimum 7 years of experience in building and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions - Practical knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and design patterns - Experience in LLM evaluation methods, frameworks, and best practices - Familiarity with AI monitoring and observability solutions, such as LangSmith and Datadog - Strong experience with at least one major AI-as-a-Service platform, preferably AWS Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry - Practical knowledge of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocols - Knowledge of REST API design principles, WebSockets, and RPC, as well as best practices for API documentation and integration - Advanced English language skills - Residency in Poland Nice to have - Knowledge of event-driven architecture (EDA) patterns - Experience working with OpenAI API and streaming interaction patterns - Skills in technical documentation and architecture Job no.
