Purpose of the Job This role supports the transformation of our strategic sourcing function from manual, Excel-driven processes to AI-enabled, automated workflows - reducing reliance on external pricing exercises and unlocking internal data value. We are seeking a forward-thinking Agentic AI Engineer to transform how our Global Strategic Sourcing function operates. This role will be instrumental in modernizing processes, embedding AI-driven automation, and creating scalable efficiencies across pricing, supplier governance and strategic sourcing communications such as commodity and tariff updates. Key Responsibilities AI Transformation + Process Modernization - Automate sourcing and pricing processes using AI - Design agentic AI solutions for RFPs, benchmarking, and pricing - Replace manual workflows with scalable automation Solution Development (Python + AI) - Build AI and Python-based solutions to enable pricing benchmarking and reference pricing - Integrate tools across SharePoint, Excel + Power BI Data + Commercial Insight Enablement - Improve pricing accuracy and consistency - Deliver insight on price competitiveness and savings Agent + Automation Deployment - Build AI agents for sourcing workflows - Automate RFP processes and rate card generation - Accelerate RFP response times while maintaining confidence in outputs Collaboration + Change Management - Drive adoption through close collaboration with Strategic Sourcing and cross-functional teams worldwide - Support AI transformation roadmap What Success Looks Like - Significantly reduced manual effort across strategic sourcing - Faster RFP and pricing turnaround - Improved global pricing consistency - Adoption of AI tools across regions - Demonstrable commercial value and efficiency gains Knowledge, Skills + Experience - Strong Python development skills - Experience with AI / ML or LLM solutions - Experience with APIs, automation, and data pipelines - A proven analytical and commercial mindset - Ability to translate technical outputs into business value - Excellent English Language skills required We thank all applicants for their interest in a career with us.
