Product Manager - Search

Your responsibilities, Product Vision and Strategy (Search): Setting the direction for organic search results, while clearly articulating the business value behind new AI tools and optimization algorithms., Core Search, Relevance, and Query Understanding: Collaborating closely with technical teams to directly impact the architecture, stability, search relevance, and deep understanding of user intent., Stakeholder Management Under Pressure: Working daily across multiple departments (engineering, marketing, recommendations) to manage expectations and balance priorities in a high-scale, dynamic environment., Customer Insights & Roadmap Planning: Translating the needs of internal clients and external users into technical requirements, and prioritizing the backlog to ensure continuous, 24/7 platform growth., Cross-functional Integration & KPIs: Defining success metrics for the search engine, tracking performance, driving continuous optimization, and securing smooth launches with technical leaders.
