Principal Data Architect – Commercial Data & AI

## This is how we work - at the client's site ## Your responsibilities - Design Commercial Data Architecture – design and evolve a scalable data foundation supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Commercial Operations. - Lead Data Modelling & Domain Design - Build the Commercial Data Backbone – establish a consistent data foundation connecting multiple business applications - Design Data Integration - Own Semantic Layer & AI Readiness - Drive Data & Architecture Governance - Lead Data Modernisation - Work Hands-On with Technical & Business Teams - Data Modelling: Conceptual, logical & physical data modelling; relational, dimensional, document & graph. - Commercial Data: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service & Commercial Operations; customer/account master data. - Modern Data Architecture: Cloud platforms, APIs, event-driven architecture, SQL, dbt. - AI & Semantic Layer: Data semantics, entity & metric definitions, calculation logic, AI/analytics readiness. - Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and ability to bridge business & technology. - Hands-On: Proven ability to design, build and make technical architecture decisions. ## SQUARE ONE RESOURCES sp. z o.o. - At Square One Poland we link IT experts with the business.
