Senior Data Scientist About The Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Data Scientist to take a key role in developing, scaling, and maintaining advanced risk models and cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate bridges deep analytical and numerical expertise with strong technical leadership. You know how to translate complex business problems into high-impact AI solutions, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and drive innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of predictive risk models and Generative AI applications. GenAI Innovation: Design and build advanced LLM-powered workflows and multi-agent systems using modern GenAI frameworks. Business Collaboration: Work closely with business users and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready data science solutions. Team Mentoring: Coordinate team workflows, foster best engineering practices, and mentor junior team members or interns. R&D Mindset: Experiment with emerging numerical methods and AI technologies to keep our solution stack at the cutting edge. Requirements Technical Stack & Skills Core Languages: Proficiency in Python (knowledge of C++ is a strong plus). Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow. Generative AI Ecosystem: Practical expertise with LangChain / LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Pydantic-AI. Web Frameworks & API: Familiarity with Django or Flask for serving models and creating web applications. Data & Tools: Strong command of SQL and Git version control. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in senior data science roles, ideally within finance, banking, or risk Strong foundation in numerical methods and Big Data analysis (academic or R&D institute background is highly valued).
