GenAI Specialist / Data Scientist – AI Agents

About The Project We are looking for a GenAI Specialist / Data Scientist to join a project focused on designing, building, and deploying AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions. The project involves developing production-ready GenAI capabilities within an AWS-based environment, leveraging existing data and analytics platforms. The focus will be on creating scalable AI workflows that can support and improve business processes and user experience. This is a hands-on role for someone with practical experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI, rather than purely research-oriented Data Science. Details - Start: ASAP - Contract: B2B - Duration: Until the end of 2026, with limited possibility of extension Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows for real-world business use cases. - Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and relevant AI/agent frameworks and SDKs. - Integrate AI workflows with existing applications, data sources, and cloud-based services. - Build scalable, production-ready solutions within an AWS environment. - Optimize agent behaviour and outputs to deliver measurable business value. - Design and implement tests to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and impact on business processes. - Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable solutions using Python and object-oriented programming (OOP). - Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders within an agile development team. Requirements - Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI / AI Agents. - Practical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Python libraries, LangChain, or comparable frameworks. - Proven experience deploying GenAI or AI Agent solutions into production. - Advanced Python programming skills, particularly: - object-oriented programming (OOP), - design patterns, - modern Python development practices. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, particularly: - AWS Glue, - Amazon Athena, - AWS Step Functions, - AWS Lambda. - Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and production-grade AI solutions. - Experience working in agile development environments and with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. - Excellent written and spoken English.
