Fullstack Engineer - Agentic AI (React/Python)

Your goal will be to deliver a polished, secure, accessible, and responsive application where users and support agents can easily find knowledge and escalate to human support when needed. - Expect an AI-forward environment where you'll work across the full stack, from React interfaces to Python services and agentic AI capabilities. You'll join a team of passionate engineers who value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. ## Team size - 4-7 ## This is how we work - in house - at the client's site - you focus on a single project at a time - you develop several projects simultaneously - you can change the project - you have influence on the technological solutions applied - you have influence on the product - you develop the code "from scratch" - you focus on product development - agile - scrum ## Your responsibilities - Designing and implementing a production-grade web application across the full stack, from the React frontend to the Python/FastAPI backend. - Building responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. - Designing and developing REST APIs and real-time Server-Sent Events streaming, end to end, from backend endpoints to frontend consumption. - Designing and building a modern web portal with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with strong attention to UI quality, accessibility, and responsiveness. - Developing backend services and APIs in Python 3 and FastAPI. - Implementing REST APIs and real-time Server-Sent Events streaming, end to end, including streaming AI assistant responses to the UI. - Building and evolving the conversational AI assistant using agentic AI patterns, including tool calling, knowledge retrieval, and multi-step workflows. - Designing seamless escalation flows from the AI assistant to human support agents. - Implementing secure authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC (Azure AD via MSAL or Ping), including MFA, for both users and agents. - Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions. - Translating business requirements into well-structured technical tasks and delivering features end-to-end. - Conducting code reviews and contributing to documentation and best practices. - Sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative learning culture within the team. - 3+ years of experience in a fullstack development role. - Strong proficiency in React (ideally React 19) and TypeScript. - Solid experience with Python 3 and FastAPI. - Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend tooling. - Practical experience with REST APIs and Server-Sent Events (or similar streaming mechanisms), end to end. - Experience with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows, including Azure AD (MSAL) or Ping, and MFA. - Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience building LLM-based applications or agentic AI solutions, with a good understanding of core concepts such as prompting, tool calling, RAG, and evaluation. - Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design. - Proactive and curious mindset, comfortable working in dynamic, evolving project environments. - Fluent English communication, able to collaborate effectively with clients and international teams. ## Optional - Experience with agent frameworks or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. - Experience building conversational assistants or customer support solutions. - Familiarity with MS Azure services, including Azure OpenAI. - Knowledge of security best practices for web and LLM-based applications. - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Vitest, Playwright, pytest). ## What we offer - Access to top e-learning platforms and a development budget - Real ownership opportunities: expand your scope, drive solutions, lead initiatives; most of our Leads are promoted internally - Long-term collaboration via B2B, because we value lasting partnerships - Remote-first - Flexible hours - Work alongside exceptional engineers and experts - Flat structure where every person matters and influences the company - Full-company integration trips (including international ones) - Team-level integration budgets - Open, supportive, and collaborative culture ## This is how we work on a project - Clean Code - code quality measures - code review - design patterns - static code analysis - architect / technical leader support - Continuous Deployment - Continuous Integration - DevOps - SysOps - team-level deployment - documentation ## Recruitment stages - Screening - 2x Tech Interview - HR Interview ## EQUAL OPPORTUNITY - CLOUDFIDE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
