Fullstack Developer | Assurance | Poland

Description & Requirements Who we are looking for We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who will help us build applications for the financial sector and AI-powered solutions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend, can independently deliver features, and wants to work on practical AI use cases in business products. Requirements: - 3+ years of commercial experience in TypeScript and Python - strong hands-on experience with React - practical experience with Django or FastAPI - experience integrating AI solutions into applications - hands-on experience building and deploying cloud-native applications - confidence working with Git, CI/CD, and a modern development toolchain - English at B1 level or higher and Polish at at least B2 level - strong communication skills, self-reliance, openness, and accountability for delivering solutions Nice to have: - experience training, fine-tuning, or evaluating AI models - experience with OCR, document data extraction, or other practical AI use cases is a plus - experience building products for the financial or regulated sector Your future role Role responsibilities: - build and develop web applications primarily for finance-related users - design and improve AI-powered product features - integrate AI models into business applications - develop frontend solutions in TypeScript and React, and backend services in Python - improve code quality, fix bugs, and optimize existing solutions - work within a ticket-based delivery process and product backlog - use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, in a deliberate and engineering-oriented way What we offer What we offer: - work in an experienced and long-term team - an opportunity to contribute to different projects across the organization - B2B or employment contract - fully remote work - MacBook Pro for everyday work - very limited direct client-facing involvement Selection process Stage 1: Submit your CV in Polish or English Stage 2: Phone interview with HR Stage 3: Business interview with the Hiring Manager Stage 4: Technical interview Stage 5: Welcome aboard!
