Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy AI-powered platforms and solutions within complex environments, helping them move from AI experimentation to secure, scalable, production-ready adoption. This is a hands-on role combining solution architecture, consulting, and software engineering. You'll partner closely with customer engineering teams to design, integrate, and optimize AI solutions while providing technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle. Your experience from customer engagements will help shape delivery best practices and future product capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead the deployment of AI solutions into enterprise environments and cloud platforms. - Design and implement secure, scalable AI architectures and integrations. - Guide customers in adopting governed, production-ready AI workflows. - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. - Implement security, governance, observability, and operational best practices. - Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to improve platform capabilities. - Develop reusable deployment frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation patterns. - Mentor team members and share technical expertise across customer engagements. What We're Looking For - Significant experience delivering enterprise software solutions in customer-facing, consulting, or solution engineering roles. - Strong hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with Java or Python. - Experience designing and integrating cloud-native, distributed systems and enterprise platforms. - Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. - Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation solutions is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments. - Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagements. Desirable - Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, or enterprise AI implementations. - Knowledge of developer platforms, productivity tools, or internal engineering platforms. - Experience across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, or healthcare.
