Forward AI Deployment Engineer (FDE)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Deployment Engineer to lead the implementation of advanced AI solutions in operational environments. This role requires strong customer-facing presence, exceptional advisory skills, and the ability to design and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable organizational impact. Job Description - Collaborate directly with customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise. - Own the vision for AI operations implementation, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production. - Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans. - Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients. - Engineer production-grade AI solutions with deep knowledge of AI tooling, architecture, and deployment. - Manage stakeholder alignment, proactively escalating issues and requesting support when necessary. - Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines. Qualifications - Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering. - Strong proficiency in AI frameworks. - Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
