Expert System Engineer (AI & Advanced Process Control) – f/m

Your responsibilities, Maintain and continuously improve expert systems for kiln and grinding process optimization., Develop and implement advanced control strategies, including AI/ML-based solutions., Integrate soft sensors, process models and mass/heat balance calculations into control applications., Ensure reliable integration with DCS, PLC and data platforms using OPC and other communication protocols., Provide remote support for incidents, alarms and customer tickets to ensure high system availability., Fine-tune MPC, Fuzzy Logic and PID controllers to sustain operational improvements., Deliver training and technical guidance to operators and plant personnel., Troubleshoot communication and integration issues between APC solutions and plant control systems., Maintain accurate technical documentation and site-specific procedures., Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Global Competence Centers and external technology providers.
