DevOps Engineer - Agentic AI (Azure/Terraform)

As we continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to shape solutions, mentor others, drive architecture decisions, and take ownership of strategic initiatives. - Opportunity Overview - As a DevOps Engineer, you will build secure Azure infrastructure for an Internal Developer Platform and bring agentic AI into everyday infrastructure work. You'll design AI agents that automate infrastructure tasks safely, with the right guardrails in place, while keeping the platform reliable, secure, and easy for developers to use. - Expect an AI-forward environment where experimentation is encouraged and your proactivity is genuinely valued. You'll join a team of passionate engineers who value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. ## Team size - 4-10 ## This is how we work - in house - at the client's site - you focus on a single project at a time - you develop several projects simultaneously - you can change the project - you have influence on the technological solutions applied - you have influence on the product - you develop the code "from scratch" - you focus on product development - agile - scrum ## Your responsibilities - Designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows that automate infrastructure and platform tasks, using GitHub Agentic Workflows or comparable frameworks. - Developing and maintaining custom AI agents, skills, tools, and integrations, including MCP servers connecting agents with infrastructure and platform services. - Implementing guardrails for agents working on infrastructure code, such as least-privilege permissions and human approval steps. - Building and evolving secure Azure infrastructure for an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Terraform, including Terraform testing. - Provisioning and managing Databricks infrastructure, including workspaces and Unity Catalog. - Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. - Automating operational processes with Python and PowerShell. - Using GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to increase productivity and quality of infrastructure code. - Conducting code reviews and contributing to documentation and best practices. - Sharing knowledge about AI tooling and agentic patterns, contributing to a collaborative learning culture within the team. - Experience designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows, ideally with GitHub Agentic Workflows or comparable frameworks. - Strong understanding of core LLM concepts, such as prompting, context windows, tool/function calling, and evaluation. - Experience developing and maintaining custom AI agents, custom skills, tools, and integrations, including guardrails for agents working on infrastructure code (least-privilege permissions, human approval). - Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. - Hands-on development experience using GitHub Copilot. - Solid DevOps background building secure Azure infrastructure for Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) using Terraform, including Terraform testing. - Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and PowerShell. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in both Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. - Experience working with Databricks infrastructure (Unity Catalog, workspace provisioning). - Proactive and curious mindset, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-evolving project environments. - Fluent English communication, able to collaborate effectively across international teams. ## Optional - Experience with platform engineering tools (e.g. Backstage). - Knowledge of Azure networking, identity, and security best practices (e.g. Entra ID, Private Endpoints, Azure Policy). - Familiarity with security best practices for LLM-based applications and agents. - Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, HashiCorp Terraform). ## What we offer - Annual 2,000 PLN development budget - Access to e‑learning platforms - Real opportunities to expand responsibility and lead initiatives - most of our Leads come from internal promotions - As the company continuously grows, you get real opportunities to expand your responsibilities, explore new areas, and even take ownership of your own initiatives. - Long-term cooperation: UZ or B2B (we value stable, lasting relationships) - Remote-first, work from anywhere in the world (workation) - Flexible hours & strong focus on work-life balance - Collaboration with top engineers you can truly learn from - Flat structure - every voice counts, and you help shape the company - Company-wide trips (including international ones) - Team integration budgets - Open communication and supportive, passionate teams ## This is how we work on a project - Clean Code - code quality measures - code review - design patterns - static code analysis - architect / technical leader support - Continuous Deployment - Continuous Integration - DevOps - SysOps - team-level deployment - documentation ## Benefits - private medical care - sharing the costs of professional training & courses - remote work opportunities - flexible working time - integration events ## Recruitment stages - Screening - Tech Interview - HR Interview - Team Leader Meeting ## EQUAL OPPORTUNITY - CLOUDFIDE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
