## About the project - Your role - In your role, you will help clients unlock the value of Generative AI by designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions on AWS. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will support the delivery of intelligent products and services that drive transformation, operational efficiency, and tangible business outcomes. As part of Capgemini Invent’s digital transformation projects, you will contribute to the development of advanced LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, helping clients embed AI capabilities into their business processes and customer experiences. You will also champion best practices in responsible AI, security, scalability, and cloud architecture while continuously exploring emerging technologies and industry trends ## Your responsibilities - Helping build and ship generative AI features on top of AWS-native tooling - think Amazon Bedrock, Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda. - Supporting the lifecycle of GenAI features: data ingestion and preparation, prompt design, testing/evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production, with guidance from senior team members. - Contributing to LLM-powered applications - helping build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) setups, writing and refining prompts, and working with foundation models via Amazon Bedrock. - Learning and applying good practices for production-grade software: scalability, security, observability, cost awareness, and responsible AI. - Working closely with engineering teams to help integrate AI/ML functionality into APIs, microservices, and business applications. - Staying curious about what's new in the AWS generative AI ecosystem and bringing ideas back to the team. - 2–4 years of experience building/deploying AI/ML solutions, ideally with some AWS exposure - Practical exposure to generative AI concepts (for ex. LMs, RAG, prompt design, foundation models) - Basic working knowledge of AWS infrastructure (for ex EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway) - Willingness to grow into architecting GenAI pipelines on AWS - Good English communication skills (C1) - Solid Python skills (clean code, REST APIs, microservices) - AWS certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one) ## What we offer - Well-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
