Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI Engineer Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid) Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Contract/Permanent (depending on client requirements) We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a growing technology team in Kraków. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver real business value. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered products and services. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions in production environments. - Build and optimise Large Language Model (LLM) applications and AI-driven automation tools. - Develop robust data pipelines and integrations to support AI workflows. - Work with cloud platforms to deploy and scale AI solutions. - Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning models. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into AI solutions. - Ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, and adhere to best practices. - Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies. Requirements - Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and generative AI technologies. - Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. - Understanding of MLOps principles and model deployment practices. - Experience working with APIs, databases, and data engineering concepts. - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Nice to Have - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. - Knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies. - Exposure to agent-based AI systems and workflow automation. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
