AI Solutions Engineer- Banking. Data, Kubernetes, Hybrid, Poland Our client is seeking a proven AI innovator who transforms critical business services. Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and engineer scalable, production-ready AI solutions that improve customer outcomes and operational resilience. Key Responsibilities Identify AI opportunities using data, telemetry, and user insights Define use cases, priorities, and success metrics Rapidly prototype and validate solutions, then deploy into production Integrate solutions with platform services (APIs, data, monitoring) Measure performance, optimise, and contribute reusable assets Communicate progress and manage dependencies Requirements Hands-on experience building and deploying production software Strong data analysis and scripting skills (Python preferred) Proven ability to turn prototypes into scalable solutions Familiar with Agile, collaboration, and documentation Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Desirable Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and Responsible AI principles Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation tools Building reusable tools for team adoption Minorities, women, LGBTQ+ candidates, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
