AI/ML Developer – Generative AI (f/m/x)

You will join a team building advanced AI-driven solutions for a global organization operating in the legal, tax, and regulatory information sector. In this role, you will be developing and implementing machine learning models and generative AI systems to solve real-world business problems. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will be designing experiments, building scalable solutions, and contributing to cutting-edge AI systems, including those based on large language models (LLMs). Your tasks Designing and developing generative AI solutions, e.g., deep learning, transformer architectures, dense retrieval, hybrid searchBuilding and optimizing LLM-based systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutionsDeveloping and enhancing agentic AI systems, including tool-using agentsImplementing and evaluating machine learning and AI models, including designing experiments and analyzing resultsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions into production environmentsDeveloping and maintaining ML pipelines and integrating models within cloud environments Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/MLExperience in generative AI, e.g., deep learning, transformers, vector databases, and retrieval systemsStrong programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks, e.g., PyTorch, JAX, DeepSpeed, or similarHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience implementing and evaluating large language model (LLM) solutions, including familiarity with evaluation frameworks, e.g., OpenAI Evals, HELM, LM Harness, or custom toolsPrevious work with RAG, tool-using agents, and agentic AI approaches (prompt engineering, context management, evaluation)Fluent EnglishResiding in Poland required Job no. 260429-6MRBX Sii ensures that all hiring decisions are made solely on the basis of qualifications and competence.
