AI Engineer

## This is how we work - at the client's site - you focus on a single project at a time - agile - scrum ## Your responsibilities - Develop and maintain AI-powered applications. - Design and implement solutions based on LLMs and related technologies. - Develop and integrate backend services and APIs. - Design, optimize, and refactor technical solutions. - Write, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code. - Ensure code quality through reviews and software development best practices. - Maintain CI/CD processes and technical documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment. - Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer or AI Engineer. - Strong proficiency in Python. - Practical experience working with LLMs and Generative AI. - Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph. - Solid understanding of RAG architecture and retrieval-based systems. - Experience with embeddings and vector databases / semantic search. - Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI. - Practical experience with infrastructure hosted on Azure Cloud. - Experience with CI/CD and automated software delivery processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Higher education in a technical, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, or related field. ## Optional - PhD or research experience is a plus. ## What we offer - You will become a part of a stable and well-organized company. - You will work in a friendly atmosphere from a well-located office in Wroclaw or from home, so you can focus on creating and developing great things in the environment you like! - We focus on your growth - not only in theory!
