As an AI Engineer, you will develop and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agents that solve real business challenges. Working alongside experienced consultants, data scientists, and AI engineers, you will build production-ready AI solutions while continuously expanding your technical expertise in Generative AI, cloud technologies, and AI engineering. ## Your responsibilities - Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and further modern AI frameworks. - Develop and implement AI applications using standard AI frameworks, APIs, and enterprise tools while contributing to production-ready solutions. - Support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications using cloud-native infrastructure, containers, and modern AI services. - Apply standard MLOps practices, including testing, deployment, monitoring, version control and model evaluation. - Apply Responsible AI principles, testing standards, and AI evaluation techniques to ensure reliable and secure AI solutions. - Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions while supporting the implementation of commercial AI use cases. - Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, data engineers, and clients to solve complex business challenges. - Continuously expand your expertise in AI engineering frameworks, cloud technologies, and enterprise AI while actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. - You have 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field. - You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable discipline. - You have a solid understanding of commercial topics such as pricing, sales, marketing, and customer experience and can apply this knowledge to AI-enabled solutions. - You have hands-on experience with Python and experience building AI-powered applications. - You have practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. - You have experience using APIs, cloud technologies, containers, and enterprise AI tools. - You have knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms. - You understand modern AI engineering concepts, including testing, deployment, monitoring and Responsible AI principles. - You have a solid understanding of business processes and enjoy translating business requirements into AI-powered solutions. - You communicate clearly in English (C1+) and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. - You are curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously develop your technical and consulting capabilities. ## What we offer - A stable employment contract (please note that we do not offer B2B contracts). - Private medical insurance in the highest package fully paid by the employer (VIP Allianz). - Multisport card fully financed by the employer. - Annual bonus (dependent on the evaluation). - Employee referral program. - Remote work subsidy of €500 to start, then monthly bonus for utilities. - International Travel Safety card. - Access to LinkedIn Learning and Headspace. - Employee Assistance Program (EAP). - Microsoft Workplace Discount Program. - Access to an online platform offering exclusive discounts and special offers from well-known brands. - Birthday book for the employee. - Internal Learning&Development Department with more than 5 000 different training courses. - Our office is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend to work and enjoy their company throughout the day! - Extended Business Travel Option - opportunity to extend your business trips and stay a little longer to explore some of Europe’s most exciting cities. ## Benefits - sharing the costs of sports activities - private medical care - sharing the costs of professional training & courses - remote work opportunities - flexible working time - integration events - mobile phone available for private use - computer available for private use - extra social benefits - sharing the costs of tickets to the movies, theater - holiday funds - employee referral program ## Recruitment stages - Meeting with Recruiter - Case study meeting - Meeting with the Team ## Please remember to submit your application in English. - Other applications will not be considered.
