AI Engineer (Azure/AWS)

- We are looking for Mid-level and Senior AI/ML Engineers to join an international project for a client in the construction software industry. - The team is focused on building production-grade Generative AI solutions that can be reused across multiple products. Instead of developing a single, product-specific chatbot, the focus is on creating shared AI capabilities, reusable services, and scalable engineering solutions. - 💰 Rate - Mid-level: up to 125 PLN/h B2B - Senior: up to 150 PLN/h B2B - 📍 100% remote - 🚀 Start: ASAP - ⚡ The project is urgent ## This is how we work - at the client's site ## Your responsibilities - Build and develop reusable AI solutions for multiple products. - Design and implement production-grade GenAI systems using LLMs, RAG, tools, orchestration and AI agents. - Develop AI evaluation processes focused on quality, reliability, latency, cost and grounding. - Create and promote AI engineering best practices, including AI-assisted development, automated testing and Spec-Driven Development. - Ensure AI reliability, observability, security and governance. - Prototype new AI technologies and turn successful ideas into scalable solutions. - Collaborate with AI PM/PO, engineers and business stakeholders. - Support other engineers through technical collaboration, reviews and knowledge sharing. - 5+ years of software engineering experience, including production AI/data systems. - Strong Python skills. - Experience with Azure and/or AWS. - Hands-on Generative AI / LLM / RAG / AI Agents / tool use experience. - Experience building end-to-end AI systems and deploying them to production. - Understanding of AI evaluation, quality, reliability, latency and cost. - Experience with AI-assisted development, Spec-Driven Development and modern tooling. - Strong architecture and problem-solving skills, with experience building reusable solutions. - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product and business teams. - Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. - Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. ## Optional - Missing one or two of these qualifications?
