AI Enablement Specialist

Your responsibilities, Communications: Translate AI initiatives into practical, relevant messaging tailored to different audiences by supporting internal adoption campaigns for AI tools and technology-enabled processes, creation and coordination of clear, audience-appropriate communication materials such as announcements, updates, FAQs, presentation materials, infographics and promotional videos., AI feature testing: Support testing and pilot coordination of new AI tools and features, capturing user feedback and identifying usability issues, adoption barriers, improvement opportunities and preparing user-facing materials reflecting real day-to-day needs., AI training support: Maintain and develop practical enablement materials (e.g., prompt libraries) and support coordination of demos and training sessions, including content preparation and follow-ups. Collect user needs, use cases, and feedback to continuously improve training content in collaboration with Learning & Skills Development., Monitoring metrics: Support tracking and analysis of adoption and engagement metrics (e.g., usage data, surveys, training participation, business impact indicators) to identify trends and improvement areas., Reporting: Support preparation of structured reports and materials (e.g., presentations, infographics) for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights., Champions network: Support coordination and communication within the AI champions network, including distribution of materials, facilitating engagement, and redirecting queries to relevant teams.
