AI Developer Experience Engineer (f/m/x)

Our client is building AI-native software development practices and looking for an experienced engineer who will help software teams leverage AI tools effectively in their daily work. In this role, you will combine hands-on engineering with developer enablement, helping teams increase productivity through practical automations, better workflows, and modern developer tooling. Your tasks - Building automations and tooling improvements that enhance developer productivity - Supporting engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted software development practices - Improving repository structure, documentation, and standards to enable effective AI-assisted coding - Developing and extending integrations between engineering tools and internal platforms - Creating reusable templates, workflows, and best practices for software development - Collaborating with software engineering teams across multiple product areas - Preparing technical documentation, examples, and enablement materials - Promoting adoption of modern AI developer tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or Developer Experience roles - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices - Experience working with Java and Git-based development workflows - Ability to create clear technical documentation - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills - Excellent command of English Nice to have - Experience with Kotlin or TypeScript and MCP integrations - Knowledge of Notion AI and AI-powered knowledge management solutions - Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana Job no.
