About the role Currently, for a new Seargin project we are looking for AI Consultant to join a high-performing consulting team solving real AI problems for some of the world's largest enterprises. As an AI Consultant at Seargin, you'll design and build hands-on GenAI solutions - agents, RAG, LLM-powered applications- across diverse projects in AI, Data, and application development. This is a client-facing role with international travel, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and a front-row seat to the best practices shaping applied AI today. We're hiring across all levels - from Mid to Lead - and we'll match your scope, autonomy, and impact to your experience. Employment Type: B2B/UoP FTE: full-time Duration: long-term Working mode: hybrid Responsibilities: - Design and build hands-on GenAI solutions: agentic systems, RAG pipelines, LLM-powered applications - from prototype to production. - Deliver diverse projects across AI, Data and App Development for major global clients. - Work directly with clients: understand their problems, shape solutions, and earn trust as a technical advisor. - Support sales and presales - join client conversations, scope solutions, and help turn opportunities into projects. - Run workshops and trainings when needed - share knowledge with clients and colleagues. - Stay on the cutting edge - bring new techniques, tools, and best practices into the team. Requirements: - Hands-on GenAI expertise: real, practical experience building with LLMs, agentic frameworks and RAG - not theory. - Software engineering understanding: hands-on grasp of broader software engineering - designing and building APIs, setting up cloud services, and configuring relational and vector databases - Consulting mindset: client-facing confidence, proactivity, strong communication, and the flexibility to move between building, advising, presales, and training. - Solid engineering foundation in at least one of: software / application development or data / ML / data engineering - with genuine breadth across the others. - Adaptability and ownership - you thrive on varied challenges and take responsibility for outcomes. - Fluent English and readiness for international travel. Across levels: - Mid: independent delivery on client projects, growing client relationships. - Senior: owns solution design and client trust, mentors others, shapes presales. - Lead: drives engagements end-to-end, leads teams, sets technical direction. Nice to have: - Experience in a consulting / professional services environment. - Industry exposure in pharma, FMCG, industrial or other large-enterprise contexts. - Public speaking, workshop facilitation, or published/community work in AI. - Additional languages (German, French, Spanish) - a plus for our international clients.
