AI Catalyst Lead

For our Client we are looking for an experienced AI Catalyst Lead.This role will drive and accelerate adoption for standardised developer and platform tooling, processes and controls, and will act as the bridge between the AI-enabled capabilities we build and the engineering teams who rely on them. It is a hands-on, engineer-facing role suitable for someone who is equally as comfortable writing code as with a whiteboard mapping out an adoption strategy with an engineering lead. 📍 Location: Kraków, hybrid work model – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote🕒 Cooperation model: [Full-time / B2B]📍 Project for our Client from the financial sector Key Responsibilities: Drive adoption and time-to-valueEmbed with engineering teams to understand their workflows, identify where AI tooling aligned to standardised patterns and platforms add leverage, and guide them from initial setup to confident daily useDesign and deliver structured enablement projects - workshops, office hours, self-serve guides - tailored to different engineering personas (backend, frontend, platform, and testing)Drive adoption aligned to metrics, ensuring teams move from passive licence holders to active, high-value engineers delivering value back to the businessAct as a hands-on technical partnerWrite real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns in context - not just in demosDiagnose and resolve blockers to adoption - whether technical, cultural, or workflow-relatedTranslate early adopter learnings into repeatable playbooks that scale adoption across the organisationHelp teams adopt AI tooling and standardise existing developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and control standardsServe as the voice of the developer back to the platforms team - bringing structured insight about where tooling falls short, what features would unlock the next level of value, and what’s creating unnecessary frictionCollaborate with product managers and engineers on the platform team to prioritise improvements with the greatest customer impact Requirements:6+ years in software engineering, developer experience, platform engineering, or a directly adjacent technical roleExperience with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) in a professional and productionised context - not just experimentationTrack record of working across organisational boundaries - either as an internal consultant, DevEx engineer, or technical lead embedded in multiple teamsExperience designing and running enablement programmes or technical training for engineering audienceFluency with modern development workflows: version control, CI/CD, IDEs, code review processesAbility to assess a team’s existing toolchain and make pragmatic recommendations rather than prescriptive onesExcellent communicator - able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences, from individual contributors to engineering directorsNaturally curious and self-directed: you proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting to be pointed at problemsComfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where it doesn’t yet existFluent English Benefits:Private medical care (Luxmed)Multisport cardCollaborative team culture and modern tech stack Why apply for an Antal job offer?When your application is successful, you will be supported by a dedicated Consultant who will stay in regular contact with you (via email or phone), help you prepare for interviews with your future employer, and ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.
