Advanced Process Control Engineer (AI & Automation)

Your responsibilities, Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced process control and expert system solutions for industrial manufacturing processes., Optimize kiln and grinding operations through AI-driven control strategies, advanced process control, and machine learning applications., Implement and support MPC, fuzzy logic, PID controllers, soft sensors, and process models to improve operational performance., Deploy and support automation and process optimization solutions across global manufacturing sites., Integrate process control solutions with DCS, PLC, OPC, and industrial data platforms., Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide remote support to ensure high system availability and reliability., Conduct process analyses, performance assessments, and audits to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement., Collaborate with plant teams, automation specialists, digital teams, and external partners to deliver innovative industrial solutions., Develop technical documentation, provide user training, and support the successful adoption of advanced process control technologies.
